LaShawn and Larry will be celebrating their wedding day, in Oklahoma, on September 18, 2004. On March 17th, 2002, at a church service, is when the groom first laid eyes on the bride. He waited for God's timing and approached the bride on March 30, 2003. When sitting down to watch TV, LaShawn turns on Fresh Prince, while Larry tunes into The Cosbys. They share the same favorite movie from last year, Brown Sugar. LaShawn's favorite movie of all time is Five Heartbeats; Larry's favorite is Lean on Me. Titanic receives LaShawn's vote for most romantic movie, Larry chooses Ghost. When it comes to personal gifts, LaShawn and Larry both enjoy receiving clothes. When asked, "What would you like to drink?" LaShawn responds with Cranberry Juice and Larry is part of the Pepsi generation. They both like blue as a favorite color, Sunday as the favorite day of the week Favorite songs - LaShawn enjoys Stomp for a fast dance song. But both Larry and LaShawn take pleasure in Always and Forever. Larry selects Here and Now as the most romantic song, and LaShawn chooses When God gave me you. When asked, "What is the most romantic moment you shared" Larry mentions the "walk across Riverside Bridge" and LaShawn says, "Valentines 2004, the banquet, the drive, and the proposal." What is your ideal date? They both opt for a romantic candlelight dinner. LaShawn adds a long walk, talking and holding hands. A relaxed evening includes cuddling on the couch, snacking, watching movies until "I fall asleep in my man's arms." Larry adds popcorn and "My beautiful wife to be!" When LaShawn wants to have fun she turns up the music! And dances around. Larry just "acts goofy and laughs nonstop, Ha! Ha!" Food, that all-important subject. LaShawn prefers pizza, Charlies Chicken and The Olive Garden. Larry munches hamburgers at Wendy's and Furrs. Love is? LaShawn responds, "Forgiving, unselfish, faithful, kind, respectful and unconditional." Larry, "Faithful, everlasting, never fails regardless and Love = Sacrifices." |
